ORDERS AND PAYMENT
How can I place an order?
Creating an order is very simple. When you add the product to the basket, you complete the order by clicking the "Finish shopping" button.
At the checkout, you will enter the delivery information, choose the payment method and confirm the order.
Purchases are also possible without registering an order — just follow the steps on the checkout page.
What happens after completing the order?
After successfully completing the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with an overview of the items, the delivery address and the selected payment method.
If you do not receive an e-mail within a few minutes, check "Spam/Promotions" or write to us at kontakt@ateljesvetlosti.rs .
Can I cancel the order if it hasn't been shipped yet?
Cancellation is possible only if the order has not yet been processed or delivered to the courier service. We try to process orders quickly, so sometimes cancellation is not possible after a short time.
The fastest way is to write to us immediately at kontakt@ateljesvetlosti.rs and state the order number. If possible, we will cancel the order and confirm it by e-mail.
Is there a minimum order value?
We do not require a minimum order value. However, depending on the chosen payment method, there may be a minimum amount — you will be informed about this during checkout.
I'm missing an item in my order — what should I do?
Write to us at kontakt@ateljesvetlosti.rs and send: order number, what is missing and a photo of the package/label (if you have one).
The more information you send, the faster we can check and resolve the situation.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us at kontakt@ateljesvetlosti.rs . In the message, state the order number, a brief description of the problem and attach relevant photos (eg package or product damage).
We will contact you as soon as possible with the next steps.
Shipping and delivery
What is the delivery time?
We usually deliver products that are immediately available within 5 to 8 working days .
Why is the tracking information not updating?
Tracking updates may be delayed in cases where the shipment is:
- delayed due to force majeure (eg bad weather, traffic restrictions, public holidays or strikes), or
- being processed by the competent authorities, which may extend the time for updating the status.
Why was my shipment returned to sender or refused?
The shipment may be returned to the sender or rejected for one of the following reasons:
- incorrect or incomplete address,
- the courier failed to deliver the package,
- The recipient refused to accept.
Note: we cannot take responsibility for lost, misdelivered or returned shipments if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at the time of purchase.
How can I be sure that the order has been successfully completed?
If you have a user account, you can log in and view your orders in the "Orders" section.

Can the delivery address be different from the billing address?
Yes, of course. You can deliver the order to another address (eg to work or as a gift).
During checkout, enter your desired delivery address in the "Delivery Address" field.
How can I track my order?
To track the shipment, click on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation e-mail you received from us.
If you can't find the email, check your "Spam/Junk" folder.
Why is the order marked as delivered and I haven't received it yet?
If you have not received the shipment yet, we recommend the following steps:
- Check if the delivery address is correct in the order confirmation.
- Contact the courier service — they often have the most accurate information about the place of delivery.
- Check the mailboxes and ask the neighbors/porter — the package may have been picked up by someone near you.
- In rare cases, the "delivered" status can appear up to 48 hours before the actual delivery.
If you do not receive the shipment within 3 working days from the "delivered" status, write to us at kontakt@ateljesvetlosti.rs and send the order number and a brief description of the situation.
What should I do if the tracking shows that the shipment has not been delivered?
If you see that the package has not been delivered, first check the delivery address in the order confirmation.
If the address is correct, we recommend that you contact the courier service — this is the fastest way to locate the package and arrange redelivery.
If you need help, write to us at kontakt@ateljesvetlosti.rs and state the order number.
Which delivery services deliver my package?
Delivery is carried out in cooperation with our logistics partners and courier services, depending on the destination and type of shipment.
Can I change the delivery address after the order is confirmed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address after order confirmation.
If delivery to the specified address is not possible, the shipment will be automatically returned to us.
When the package arrives back and after we've checked it, we'll issue a refund of the appropriate amount via the same payment method you used when purchasing.
Returns and refunds
How can I send a refund?
If your order is eligible for a refund, contact us via the "Contact" page or directly at kontakt@ateljesvetlosti.rs .
In the message, be sure to state:
- order number
- reason for refund request
- photos of the product (if damaged)
- first and last name
- address
After receiving the request, we will contact you with further instructions and a return address.
How long does it usually take until I get a refund?
After we receive and check the returned goods, we process the refund within 14 days .
The amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used when purchasing.
Will I be refunded the shipping costs if I return the order?
If you return a complete order, the refund applies to the amount paid for the products .

What should I do if the product is damaged during transport?
If the product arrived damaged, defective or does not meet expectations, contact us at kontakt@ateljesvetlosti.rs and attach clear photos (of the product and packaging).

How much time do I have to return the goods?
Refunds can be requested within 30 days of receiving the order .

Note: returns sent by post are often processed faster than returns handed in at individual counters/receipt points.
How do I get my refund?
Refunds are always made using the same payment method you used when purchasing:
- If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card account.
- If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
